Fun at the Fest

So Jay, Maggie and I went to the Ren fest yesterday. I was rather amused most of the day, by my friends and the people there. Hey Nunnie nunnie. A very amusing little ensemble it was.  I rather appreciated the 5 constipated men of the bible... Cain, he wasn't able.  Come on! Bathroom humor is always funny. They even had a cd, or "Magical disc" that you could buy on your way out. Jay did. We had a fun car ride home.

I also got one of the coin necklaces, or in Maggie's experience, coinage for cleavage. :) I got the tree of life on the front and the labrynth on the back. Reminded me of when we made that one on the the hill at school out of sticks and orange ropey stuff. Very calming and relaxing. And Leslie, she's great.

I also kicked Jason's butt at the pillow fight.  Which made it more fun since we are "Just friends"... I would date you jason if there was a certain part changed. Oh well! 

I also had my tarot cards read. They were very interesting.. saying that i was embarking on this new stage in my life which would be drastically different than the others and that the person i would spend the rest of my life with is coming, i just have to be patient.  interestingly enough, i am supposed to think that that person is someone else and they are going to break my heart. we'll see on that.  I'll have to get the audio from maggie so that i can hear it again. it was pretty fun and well worth the 20 bucks i spent on it.

The joust was precious and very staged. I think this is just because i am not 10 anymore. But i did still get a kick out of the real parts of it when the knights actually got hit with the poles. I wonder if they leave bruises or not.
